Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

General Policy
 Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged items or size-related issues.
 Customized jerseys are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any
circumstances.
Damaged Items
 If you receive a damaged jersey, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your
order.
 You must provide:
o A clear video of the parcel being opened
o Photographs of the damage
o Your order number
 This is required to process the return smoothly.
Exchange timeframe:- if exchange is accepted, exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
Replacement timeframe:- if replacement is accepted, replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
Size Issues
 If the jersey you received does not fit and the correct size is available, we will arrange
an exchange.
 To be eligible for return/refund due to size issues, please contact us within 24 hours
of receiving your order.
 If the correct size is not available, only then a refund will be issued.
 Note: A fee of ₹250 will be charged for the return and exchange process. Pickup and
re-delivery will be arranged by us.
Customized Jerseys
 Please note that customized jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded,
or exchanged.
Return Procedure
 For returns due to damage or size issues, please contact our support team only via

 Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
Refunds
 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7- 10 business days after we receive and inspect
the returned item.
 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
